1. Policy Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, postponements, and booking payments for services provided by Virya Events.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment has been received and acknowledged by Virya Events in writing. Until then, dates, venues, vendors, and pricing remain subject to availability.
3. Cancellation by the Client
If you choose to cancel your booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of planning, vendor commitments, purchases already made, and work completed prior to cancellation.
Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting expenses, vendor payments, administrative costs, and other non-recoverable charges incurred by Virya Events.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on banking channels and payment providers.
5. Event Postponement
Requests to postpone an event will be considered subject to venue availability, vendor availability, and operational feasibility. Additional charges may apply where vendors revise their pricing or incur rescheduling costs.
6. Cancellation by Virya Events
If Virya Events is unable to provide the agreed services due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to provide an appropriate alternative solution or an applicable refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Force Majeure
Virya Events shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.
8. Third-Party Vendors
Certain services may be delivered by independent third-party vendors. Refunds relating to such services may depend upon the policies of the respective vendor and any contractual commitments already made on your behalf.
9. Policy Changes
Virya Events reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
