07 — THE GROUP IN DEVELOPMENT

We are building Virya for the long term.

Virya is still early. The ambition is to become significantly larger through dedication, disciplined execution and positive team-building — not through inflated claims.

We want people to genuinely like working here: to take ownership, build useful things, learn from one another and grow alongside the businesses they help build. A strong group is ultimately built by capable people who want to build it together.

08 — THE FOUNDER

Rudra Dixit

Founded by
Rudra Dixit.

Rudra Dixit is the Founder of Virya, an emerging multi-business group built with a long-term vision to create interconnected businesses that contribute to India's growth. Currently studying Behavioural Economics, Rudra is interested in how people, markets and environments shape decisions. His approach to entrepreneurship combines this perspective with a strong bias toward initiative, unconventional problem-solving and building practical businesses. Rather than viewing each venture in isolation, he aims to develop businesses that can support and strengthen one another while creating value for customers, employees and the wider communities they operate in. His long-term ambition is to build businesses across complementary sectors, gradually expanding toward India's industrial and productive economy. For Rudra, entrepreneurship is not simply about making profits — it is about building instead of complaining, creating better environments, and using business as a force for meaningful growth.
